At Rosie’s Trattoria, our menu is a tribute to the authentic flavors of Sicily and Naples. Crafted with the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques, each dish tells a story—from Nonna’s kitchen to your table.

Our catering menu is subject to change due to ingredient availability and season.

Caesar Salad

Homemade Caesar dressing includes fresh garlic, Parmigiano cheese, and anchovies. Chopped Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and homemade croutons.

 

 

New York Salad

Mixed greens topped with dried cranberries, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and roasted walnuts. Served with salt, pepper, and an oil and red wine vinaigrette.

 

 

Rosie’s Salad

Mixed greens topped with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, carrots, red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumbers. Served with our house balsamic emulsion, fresh garlic, and herbs.

 

 

Tri Color Salad

Peppery arugula, radicchio, and endive topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Served with a lemon-citrus vinaigrette.

Baked Ziti

Penne pasta served in a marinara sauce tossed with grated parmigiano cheese and ricotta cheese. Baked in the oven with mozzarella on top.

 

 

Homemade Cheese Ravioli

Traditional cheese ravioli stuffed with fresh ricotta and mozzarella prepared in a marinara sauce.

 

 

Homemade Cheese Tortellini

Traditional cheese tortellini stuffed with fresh ricotta and mozzarella. Prepared in a marinara sauce.

 

 

Meat Lasagna
Layers of fresh lasagna sheets filled with fresh ricotta cheese, ground meat, mozzarella cheese & grated parmigiano topped with marinara sauce and baked in the oven.

 

 

Stuffed Shells
Fresh pasta shells stuffed with a mixture of fresh ricotta, grated parmigiano and mozzarella cheese topped with marinara sauce and baked in the oven.

Sautéed broccoli with garlic, parmigiano cheese, and EVOO. Served over homemade cavatelli.

Sautéed shallots with heavy cream, parmigiano cheese, and a touch of fresh nutmeg.

 

 

Homemade Fusilli Amatriciana

Sautéed onion, garlic, prosciutto di Parma, and San Marzano tomatoes. Served over homemade fusilli pasta.

 

 

Homemade Orichitte with Sausage & Broccoli Rabe

Ground Italian sausage and broccoli rabe, sautéed with garlic and oil. Served over orecchiette pasta and topped with Parmigiano cheese.

 

 

Homemade Rigatoni Bolognese

Ground meat sautéed with garlic, onions, carrots, and San Marzano tomatoes.

 

Penne/Linguini/Capellini Arrabiata

Spicy pink cream sauce with sautéed shallots and parmigiano cheese.

 

Penne/Linguini/Capellini Marinara

Blended San Marzano tomatoes, seasoned with fresh Italian herbs and Sicilian olive oil.

 

Penne/Linguini/Capellini Pink Cream Sauce

Pink cream sauce with sautéed shallots and parmigiano cheese.

Sautéed seasonal vegetables prepared in a garlic white wine sauce OR in a fresh plum tomato sauce.

Veal Piccata

Lightly floured and then pan seared veal scallopini, prepared in a lemon white wine sauce with garlic and capers.

 

 

Veal Saltimbocca

Pan seared veal scallopini layered with slices of prosciutto di Parma, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Baked together in a Sherry demi-glace.
